RayTools Visual Bam Alignment (VBA)
Traditional coaxial calibration mainly relies on manual operation and operator experience, which usually takes 3–5 minutes to complete. However, manual calibration is highly dependent on operator skills, and human errors may lead to inaccurate beam alignment, resulting in poor cutting quality, inconsistent cutting edges, and slag formation at the bottom of parts.
The VBA (Visual Beam Align) Module – WIFI Edition introduces advanced AI-based vision technology combined with a high-precision circle fitting algorithm to achieve automatic and accurate coaxial calibration. By intelligently identifying and analyzing the beam position, the VBA module significantly improves calibration accuracy and efficiency, reduces human intervention, and ensures more stable cutting performance with consistently high-quality results.
