RayTools BS20K 20kW Smart Laser Cutting Head
The BS20K is a high-power cutting head with a power rating of 20kW, available with either non-bus or ECAT bus control options. This product is equipped with multiple fiber interfaces, including QBH, QD, Q+, and LOE, making it compatible with various mainstream lasers. It features built-in intelligent sensors that allow real-time monitoring data to be read on mobile terminals and CNC systems via wireless networks.
Product Details
Lightweight design, improve the acceleration of the machine; eliminate the traditional air cooling of the nozzle (without air compressor), the use of smooth and high-speed airflow design, lens optical shaping and advanced water-cooled structure of the nozzle, which significantly improves the stability, surface quality and efficiency in the process of cutting steel plates.
Equipped with fiber interfaces such as QBH, QD, Q+, and LOE, it is compatible with various mainstream lasers.
Monitoring data can be read on mobile terminals and CNC systems via wireless networks.
Various built-in sensors provide real-time feedback on parameters such as the temperature of the internal protective lens, focusing lens temperature, chamber humidity and temperature, internal chamber pressure, and cutting gas pressure during the processing.
