RayTools BS12K is a high-power cutting head with a power rating of 12 kW, available in either non-bus or ECAT bus control modes. The product features multiple fiber interfaces including QBH, QD, Q+, LOE, etc., allowing compatibility with various mainstream lasers. It incorporates various intelligent sensors, and through wireless networking, real-time monitoring data can be accessed on mobile terminals and CNC systems.

  • Fully integrated smart sensor technology enables real-time status monitoring via APP or CNC.

  • Communication and control are based on EtherCAT.

  • 4-color LED lamps are employed to monitor interior status.

  • Continuous monitoring of optical lens and cover glass is ensured.

  • Gas pressure detection is implemented for enhanced functionality.
