The RayTools BS03K-CAT series is a medium to low-power laser cutting head designed for applications up to 3kW. It features a QBH fiber interface, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of mainstream laser sources. Equipped with EtherCAT bus communication and a bus-controlled focusing unit, this cutting head enables continuous and rapid focus adjustments through programmable settings, enhancing cutting efficiency and precision.

Product Features

  • Dual Optical Protection: Equipped with three sets of protective lenses to extend the service life of the core lenses. The multi-layer protection structure enhances the sealing level of the internal cavity.

  • Optimized Optical Design: Significantly improves air cutting speed and performance, achieving a 10%–40% increase compared to conventional cutting heads.

  • Optimized Mechanical and Cooling Design: Simplified lens installation reduces maintenance effort and cost. The anti-collision structure lowers damage risks from mishandling. Anti-corrosion treatment prevents coolant leakage caused by long-term use.

  • High-Efficiency Cooling: Precise gas control ensures stable cut quality. Features include anti-contamination design, one-touch air pressure calibration, easy nozzle replacement, and real-time protective lens temperature monitoring to reduce cutting defects.

  • Collimation and Focusing: Faster focusing speed with a wider adjustment range, enabling more efficient piercing and supporting full-power carbon steel cutting with small nozzles.

  • Built-in Capacitive Amplifier: Available with an optional built-in capacitive amplifier to achieve more precise and stable height following.
