Ad esempio, quando si tagliano lamiere spesse che richiedono gas ausiliari, se la pressione del gas \u00e8 troppo alta o troppo bassa, l'eccessivo apporto di calore pu\u00f2 causare la formazione di scorie. Analogamente, nel taglio di piccoli fori circolari, lo spazio confinato per la propagazione del calore pu\u00f2 causare un'eccessiva concentrazione di calore in un'area ridotta, con conseguente formazione di scorie.<\/p>\n<p>I diversi clienti hanno requisiti diversi per quanto riguarda la qualit\u00e0 delle superfici di taglio e il grado di lavorazione. Tuttavia, se la pressione del gas ausiliario \u00e8 troppo alta, si formano correnti di vortice sulla superficie del materiale, riducendo la capacit\u00e0 di rimuovere il materiale fuso, causando un aumento della larghezza della fessura e una maggiore ruvidit\u00e0 della superficie di taglio. Questa influisce direttamente sulla ruvidit\u00e0 della superficie di taglio, sull'inclinazione e sulla larghezza del taglio.<\/p>\n<p>Se il fuoco \u00e8 troppo avanti, pi\u00f9 calore sar\u00e0 assorbito dalla parte inferiore del pezzo. A velocit\u00e0 di taglio e pressione del gas costanti, il materiale fuso e quello vicino alla fessura di taglio possono fluire in forma liquida sulla parte inferiore e, dopo il raffreddamento, il materiale fuso forma scorie sferiche sulla parte inferiore.
