Por ejemplo, al cortar placas gruesas que requieren gases auxiliares, si la presi\u00f3n del gas es demasiado alta o demasiado baja, un exceso de aporte de calor puede causar la formaci\u00f3n de escoria. De manera similar, al cortar peque\u00f1os agujeros redondos, el espacio confinado para la propagaci\u00f3n del calor puede hacer que el calor se concentre excesivamente en un \u00e1rea peque\u00f1a, lo que tambi\u00e9n provoca f\u00e1cilmente la formaci\u00f3n de escoria.<\/p>\n<p>Los diferentes clientes tienen requisitos variados en cuanto a la calidad de las superficies cortadas y el grado de procesamiento. Sin embargo, si la presi\u00f3n del gas auxiliar es demasiado alta, se generan remolinos en la superficie del material, debilitando la capacidad de eliminar el material fundido, lo que provoca que la ranura sea m\u00e1s ancha y la superficie de corte m\u00e1s rugosa. Esto afecta directamente la rugosidad de la superficie cortada, la pendiente y el ancho del corte.<\/p>\n<p>Si el foco est\u00e1 demasiado adelantado, m\u00e1s calor ser\u00e1 absorbido por la parte inferior de la pieza. A una velocidad de corte y presi\u00f3n de gas constantes, el material fundido y el material cercano a la ranura de corte pueden fluir en forma l\u00edquida hacia la parte inferior, y despu\u00e9s del enfriamiento, el material fundido forma escoria esf\u00e9rica en la parte inferior. La elecci\u00f3n de la velocidad de corte influye significativamente en la calidad del corte.
